This review (long overdue. Sorry David) is for David Marsh and Alliance Properties. David and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with both as my property manager and my real estate agent when I made the decision to sell it. David took over as my property manager when I had to fire the previous company due to mis-management. I live in California so it was unreasonable to fly back there once a month to check on it, especially during the pandemic. Afterall, isn’t that what I am paying the property manager to do? Anyway, David took over and jumped right in. He sent me pictures of the inside and outside. Much to my dismay, the property needed a lot work. It was then I decided to sell the property once all of the repairs were completed. David and his team of contractors took care of everything at a very fair price. Once everything was done, David listed the house for me. The home sold quickly for very near the asking price. I can’t say enough about David and Alliance Properties. If you need property management or a real estate team to sell or buy a home, David is the one.

Excellent. No stress transaction at closing. I live out of state and David Marsh listed the property for me and communicated throughout the process making it effortless on my part. David was also the property manager since I purchased the condo and was responsive to any issues that developed concerning the tenant or any work or repairs necessary to maintain the unit.

We enjoyed working with David Marsh of Alliance Properties of Brevard. He managed our two rental properties for 5+ years, and was our realtor when we chose to sell. He managed our properties well, even remotely as we no longer live in Florida. David was responsive and helpful when the occasional challenge arose. David Marsh, managed my property for over 15 years and I don't know what I would have done without him. He is very responsive and he treated my property as if it was his own. If there were to be repairs, the cost was always reasonable. He is established in the area so he knows who to call for each repair. When my place was empty due to hurricane damage, I could depend on David to help me out by stopping by to let contractors or delivery people into my unit. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable, honest management company. He never let me down in all the years we worked together.

David Marsh is far and away the best full-service property manager/real estate agent I have ever been fortunate enough to hire to manage my properties. Since 1998 I have acquired building lots of land and single-family residences, I have lived in them, turned them into rental properties; some I have sold. Over all, David has managed for us as many as seven properties at a time -- and at times, including recently while we were living overseas, David has managed as few as two houses, including my mothers home both while she was still living in it and while she was away for periods of time. If you are new to renting out your property rest assure it will be handled with care from David Marsh at Alliance Properties. One night while visiting my property at Satelitte Beach Florida I had forgotten the new keys to the building. I called David Marsh at 10:00pm and within 5 mins of contacting him he was helping me open the doors and by the next morning a new set of keys were made. It was clearly my mistake and he took the time at night to rescue me! Now, that is a good manager. He picked up the call immediately and help me out!!

David is prompt, professional and courteous. He helped me lease my property long distance. I was a military dependent and therefore I required David to list my property, show the property and obtain a tenant for it. He handled the three renters I had in my home over the past 7 years. David also assisted me whenever a repair was required in obtaining a reputable company/individual in the area to perform the repair. His fee is the standard and he goes above and beyond to help out. I was SO pleased that I referred my brother, who is active duty military, and he presently uses David to manage his property.



Not only does David do property rental he is also a licensed agent, so just recently I have referred my friend who is a first time buyer to David to assist him. I completely trust David and he is honest and no nonsense.



David responds to my emails, texts, etc in a timely manner and that makes a huge difference in todays marketplace also.



I give him all A's and would HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE!!
