Called Wimpy's & they scheduled someone to come out at no charge within 2 hours. Wimpy's Mike investigated new pipes in attic and then came to to look beneath fridge. Found water there but Mike was pretty sure it was NOT a plumbing issue as there was no ice-maker in use. Suggested I call appliance specialist. Mike was right. My fridge guy-- whom I had used before, found the problem: a detached condensation collection pan at the bottom of the fridge behind kick-panel. We reinserted collection pan correctly. Problem solved! Thanks, for your help & honesty, Mike.

We are new to the area and took some time to find a plumber who was reliable, professional, ethical and trustworthy. This may seem overly cautious, we have heard too many stories of poor workmanship. Wimpy's was extraordinary. I rarely use that for a company, but this was earned. We received an email each day before they arrived. They cleaned up and took pictures of the progress along the way. Christie in the office was professional, personal, and always positive. Each of the plumbers we met (Bubba, Mike, Jesse (apologies for anyone I missed!)) were also professional. Lori, who followed up after the job was extremely helpful and professional. Ok, let's just say everyone we came in contact with at Wimpy's was professional and helpful. We received guidance and recommendations while never feeling pressured about anything. We could not have come upon a better company. In a time when service is more about getting it as cheap possible while getting poor service, we found a gem who believes in doing the job right, doing it well, and working in the customer's best interest.

The plumber was extremely professional, curteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I was worked into the schedule right away. When he came out he found a mess caused by previous plumbers, but still with a smile fixed everything. He had to redo all of it, but it took only a few hours even with concrete work needing to be done. He didn't leave a mess at all, not even dust from the jackhammer. He also helped me with a filtration system so that I could avoid more damage to my pipes and appliances. I will definitely recommend them to friends and they were great.

The hand held faucet just needed to be tightened. No charge for this service.
We have used Wimpy's in the past.  Their service is outstanding.When you call them, they are friendly and accommodating.  The actually listen when there may be scheduling obstacles for us and will work to find the best time. They call is a better time becomes available.
And, isn't that what good service is all about? Listening?
We have used Wimpy's in the past several times now for disposal and hot water heater replacement. They are a father and son team, so you know that one or both may show up.  Not like a larger firm when you never know who will arrive ( and sometimes when).
This time the repair was an easy fix.  No charge.  More than fair!

They were wonderful and we've had great service over the past ten years. We recommended them to several other people that had the same reaction. They've done many things for us over the last ten years. They are really honest and dependable. They are pleasant people to do business with.

The entire job went extremely well! Mike worked very quickly and efficiently. He was very patient while I bombarded him questions regarding the plumbing layout and use of material. He explained what he was doing while working on repairing the broken water line and showed us where and how to use the 'main cut off valve'.

Overall Wimpy's Dependable Plumbing, Inc., is a great company that you can depend on! They are family owned and will not disappoint!! I will definitely use this company again in the future and will recommend that anyone requiring a plumber to give Wimpy's Dependable Plumbing a call!!!

Wimpy's was fantastic to work with. They have a friendly receptionist who was happy to speak to me as a new call-in customer. The service person showed up on time for the work. Further, once a part that was needed to be ordered arrived, I got a prompt call and timely return visit. There were sensitive to my time schedule and provided a detailed invoice. Totally gets an A in my book. I will use them again in the future.

The doorbell rang exactly on time. A friendly greeting at the door, a firm handshake, and Bubba tossed his floor-protecting clean "Romper Stompers" inside the door before he stepped into them from outside. We chatted for a few minutes about how I'd found him (referral from a trusted A/C professional) and shared memories of growing up in FL in the 1960s. Then off to fix the frequently-filling toilet and determine why the tank on the other wobbled slightly and what was causing the rust on the floor.
Bubba replaced flappers, stop and supply lines in both toilets, ballcock in one, and tank bolts in the other. He looked at ALL the plumbing in the house to confirm nothing obvious was brewing. Except for the price of the bolts, the prices were what I would have expected. I guess the price of brass has ballooned along with everything else!
This is a brother and sister family business, with a son/nephew coming along. Nice folks!
I'm thinking about moving and will probably have Wimpy's inspect the plumbing of any house I seriously consider.

I called and was able to have them come out the following morning. They were very meticulous in cleaning up. They were here from 8:15 this morning until noon today. They were extremely friendly. Mike had walked past my car and thought he put a scratch on my truck and brought this to my attention. I know it was not him but very much appreciated his honesty. Byron recommended me to have the house replumbed to bypass the old copper, noting a pipe can burst and flood my house. They were very courteous. They even brought in their own towels to clean up.
