I have a warranty that pays everything for that kind of stuff. They do a good job. When I go for and oil change, I wait. The lounge is nice. They offer cappuccinos and bakeries and everything. They explain things and treat me in a nice professional mannerism.

It was a pretty substantial job. I spent $675. They do a great job; very professional. On the surface that's a lot of money but then it's a Lexus and I was at the dealership.

I need to schedule an appointment now. They could get better mechanics that know how to troubleshoot. Price? Lexus? It is not reasonable, that's for sure. In terms of warranty work, nothing I've ever taken to them under the warranty has ever been repaired by them. They claim the problems don't exist but they still exist except for the ones I've repaired myself. They need to have a better attitude. If they schedule you for an appointment, and you don't want to leave the car overnight or something and you want it back, they cut the service short.

Maintenance was performed without problem. Source of rattle was located and fixed, at no cost (warranty). Loaner car provided. My car was ready when promised. Service adviser Lisa was friendly and great to work with.

Brought the car in for the standard 50,000 mile service and trouble with brake chattering. Discovered out-of-round rotors. Had them serviced and the car is now operating perfectly. Dealer did not harass me with and quot;recommendedand quot; items that make little sense. I was given a loaner for the day which was needed, informed an hour ahead that the car would be ready. It was and I was given a thorough explanation of the work performed. Happy customer.....
