Signs
What a mistake. We have had nothing but problems with the sign since the first day it was installed. Parts of the sign go out randomly, and almost always when there is any rain. We have bands of "off-color" areas that they have refused to fix, despite our requests. WCS has been here multiple times to "fix" the sign, but it's only temporary despite their assurances otherwise. We have been told by the technicians that the sign was not "sealed" properly on installation, but now it's "fixed"..........until the next rain. We are now to the point where they won't answer or return our calls, or respond to our letters, in a timely manner, if at all. The service turn-around time is unacceptable. ***Warning: Do not buy a sign from this business.***
