I selected this dealer due to Angie List reviews. The owner was very knowledgable about the product. He showed us options & prices were reasonable. Being an engineer, I had lots of questions (we had installed central vacs in 4 prior homes), but he answered them all & suggested a good size (I had been concerned, thinking we might need a larger unit since we were having the 50' hose sucked up into the wall for storage). He was right, the smaller unit works very well.
His crew came when scheduled, were professional, did neat installation and cleaned up very well.

They said it may take a week to repair, it was done before that and they called with update. Very pleasant and described what they did so I could understand it. Very professional.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. I THINK THEIR PRICE WAS ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT IT WASN'T TOO BAD. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE PEOPLE THERE REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
