I bought a lovely Weeping Bottle Brush tree (approximately 6- 7 feet tall) from Troys several weeks ago. It was over $600. which included delivery and planting. They were supposed to notify me when it was planted - they did Not. After a couple if weeks the tree started leaning towards my house- I called and asked them what to do. They said the tree needed to be staked which would cost me an addtioinal $75. to be paid in advance - I paid it and asked why no one suggested this to me when I purchased the tree: No Answer. I asked them to notify me when it was to be staked - they did Not. I came home to see the tree had been staked. The tree stated to slowly lean more and more even though it had been staked, because it wasn't correctly staked to begin with. I called earlier this week and asked them to send out a team to re-stake the tree. They Texted a response asking for pictures. I took several pictures and sent them, but its Hard to see the lean in pictures through the weeping boughs. Rick called me back to ask for more pictures, I told him it wold be just as difficult to see the leaning through additional Pics. He asked me to Facetime him- which I did, and he said he'd call me back on Friday to tell me when a crew would be out on Saturday. At 4:15 on Friday they still Hadn't called, so I called them to be told they'd be out between 1-4. I again asked that they Ring my Doorbell - they did NOT. I had taped a large note to the Tree asking them to ring my bell. They did Not ring my doorbell, they took the note Off of the tree and left the tape. The tree is Still leaning slightly and no one is calling me back, despite my having left a couple of messages asking them to come back Today and resolve this. This is Terrible customer Service Beware - they talk a good game but do NOT Follow Through.

Nice variety to select from! Decided on a Super Haas Avocado but we will be back, thanks to excellent recommendations and service from Mario !!! Thanks MARIO!

They were good. They did a great job. Their pricing was real good.
