This is the second time Dave (Owner) has worked on my garage door. He is a very honest, polite and a friendly person. Dave actually talked me out of spending the extra money for a service that he could have easily provided. He explained it would not provide any more benefits and then proceeded to show me some things about my garage door that would be more wise to fix (like a couple rust spots) that did not benefit him financially, but would greatly benefit me in longevity of a door that would be very expensive to replace. I ended up paying him more than he billed me. I cannot remember the last time I felt compelled to pay a service pro more than they asked! I am here to tell you the Dave's of this world are few and far between. If you are in the Sarasota or Manatee County Florida area call Dave at Tri-City!!!
