Vacuum Cleaners
My 88 year old grandmother took her Hoover vacuum cleaner to this place. They told her that it needed $160 worth of repairs. In reality, it only needed a $2.00 belt, which is routine maintenance. They said she might as well buy a new vacuum that had a warranty for $199 as opposed to repairing her Hoover for the $160. They took her Hoover and sold her an obviously used vacuum with scuff marks for $199. After I found out what happened, I returned the "new" vacuum and got her Hoover back and replaced the $2.00 belt myself in less than 5 minutes. The Hoover now works perfectly. Senior citizens: beware using this company. You may become a victim of a similar scam.
