During the February installation, the service person NEVER showed up on time despite prior arrangements. In some cases, he never showed up at all - I had to call constantly for a status and to reschedule. The removal of the old and installation of the new system spanned a 3 1/2 week period. As we entered the summer months, the new system seemed inadequate to cool back bedrooms and a home theater. (The older system had 3 zones; we were told that that would not be necessary in the new system - they were removed.) A service person did visit and made some adjustments to vent openings and humidity settings but the problem persisted. During subsequent calls, we were advised to tint the windows and turn the fan on all the time; we did and our problem remained. We were also told we may need to increase the size of returns in some rooms - more expense that was not anticipated. I had several phone discussions with TKO about the problem and received lengthy "lectures" rather than credible engineering solutions. Since then, we have made several calls and received promises for service calls but no one has shown up. I am so disappointed in this company that I've given up. I'll be using Angie's list to find another A/C company to fix our system.
