"Mr. [Member Name Removed] Upon our first meeting when I met you and your realtor at the home before you purchased it you asked me at that time what the warranty was on the HVAC cleaning and at that time I told you that we could only warranty the HVAC cleaning for a period of 30 days. This is not like a mechanical part that has a life expectancy. The HVAC system will only stay as clean as the home'[Member Information Removed] environment and as long as the homeowner also performs routine preventative maintenance and changes or cleans the AC filter as per recommended every 30 days the HVAC system should stay relatively clean. I even stated that we guarantee test and clear for mold growth as long as the post test is performed within 7 days after cleaning of the HVAC system. As far as standing behind our work, I feel that is exactly what we did when you called approximately a week later stating that the system still had dust in it. I came out personally to investigate your complaint and I had my technicians meet me at the property. I was a little taken back that you were installing tile in the home while the HVAC system was operating and I still had my technicians re-clean the entire HVAC system at no additional cost even though I felt some of the dust could have been created from cutting and installing tile in the home with the system operating. We performed our due diligence in a timely manner but to my recollection we were not paid by you in a timely manner when everything was completed. When we received your phone call you stated that the air had become musty in your home and you stated you wanted to know what we were going to do to remedy this issue 5 months after we performed the HVAC cleaning. It was not mentioned at that time that your AC unit was not cooling properly or removing humidity properly. With regards to your AC unit you were told at the time it was 15 years old and you did not want to replace it. Again if the system cooled and dehumidified properly and did not produce a musty odor for 5 months were would the company be wrong in telling you that there would be a diagnostic fee for investigating the new issue? As I recall the insulation on the boot already had a slight tear in it and when you stated that you had concerns that there might still be some mold growth left in the insulation in the boots I personally installed new insulation in the boots that were questionable. I even offered and gave you a $200.00 discount for any inconvenience from the bill to which you had not yet paid at that time. We performed a walk through at the end of the job and I asked you if you were satisfied with the work and you said yes. We have always prided ourselves on customer service and I have always said that you don't know the integrity of a company until you have an issue and see how the company responds to it. Being the company we are and having the excellent reputation that we do, we responded accordingly. We re-cleaned the duct work at no additional charge, we made compensation to you for any inconvenience and performed a walk through to make sure you were satisfied with the work. And now because we would not come out and investigate a new complaint for free you rate us an F when you said from the very beginning you would have rated your experience a B. I will leave the it up to the readers of this review to form their own conclusion as to what your intent was here."
(Carlos even went above and beyond and took care of a bunch of wasp nests that I was too afraid to go near!)
They worked all day and were very easy to talk to as I asked from time to time what stages they were at.
When the job was complete, the clean up was impeccable inside and out!
The computer was not able to print out the final reading for the seal, so I spoke to Isabella at the office and she scheduled Dylan to come back in a few days and they did! Right on time a usual, Dylan and Nick removed the ac unit again and got me my new seal pressure readings with print out!
I would definitely hire them again for ac and ductwork and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch professional ac and duct cleaning company. I am very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I can tell that they are a company that stands behind their work and customer satisfaction means a lot to them. Their prices were pretty good too! :-)
I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use this company in the future. I had gotten a couple of estimates from other companies, but have to say that their initial visit to give an estimate sold me on T.I.E.S for the work I needed done.

TIES 360 was on time, professional and thorough. As a contractor it was nice to see another company wear shoe covers, lay down floor runners and treat this home as if it was theirs. They were very thorough and kept me updated throughout the process. I could have not asked for better results and my client is very happy with their work. The smoke smell is gone!
When a well informed contractor such as myself uses TIES 360, and puts them in my own clients home to help me resolve an issue that I cant... that should speak volumes.
