"While we appreciate [member's name removed] overall positive review, we would like to address his concern regarding our pricing. We charge a flat fee based on square footage. His condominium had 867 sq. ft. of glass hence the $2,601.20 fee. The film was approximately 20+ years old so while it might've seemed like a simple task to remove it, it's actually quite a labor intensive process. Each window has to be soaked and scrapped several times. We assume all the responsibility if any of the panes of glass get broken during the film removal process so $3.00 per sq. ft. is quite a reasonable and standard fee. After we provided a written estimate on 5/6/2015, we were told by the client's realtor it had been approved on 5/8/2015. An emphasis was placed on the word 'rush' as [member's name removed]condo is for sale so we completed the work 5/11/2015. Our certified installers are masters in their field so they work efficiently and proficiently."
