Mr. Orr cannot be trusted as a realtor. His website states he has a "very strong belief in integrity and professionalism". This is absolutely the opposite of my experience. Recently, Mr. Orr told our realtor via email and phone that his client had accepted our offer on a property. He also stated that the final papers were on the way via email. Well, this was a lie, and nothing was received. The next day, (after numerous calls/texts/emails to him on the prior and current day), he finally notified our realtor that other offers were being looked at. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a professional realtor. His lack of ethics is borderline illegal. I will be reporting this incident to the Florida Real Estate Commission in the hopes that other buyers/sellers will not have to be subjected to his unethical behavior.
