Furniture - Sales
Rude -especially Jessica the store manager, uncooperative, did not return the overpayment. I had to get Visa involved. Bought living room set with a confirmed delivery date. Got rid of our old furniture to make room for the new set. After they new for a week that the new set would be not available for a month they let us know. Too late as we had gotten rid of the old set. Bought a different set. Got it in writing that we would get the $213.98 refund not store credit. I guess they do not believe in enforcing there own written agreements. If they were the last furniture store on the planet I would not do business with them again. Jessica must have had her training with the KGB. She must have been an "A" student.
