The do a good job.? Every other Friday they are here.? Generally they are on time, however, when they are running late, somebody will call.

There was an issue I was having on what was supposed to be done and what the girls thought they were supposed to be doing. It came up a couple of times. They kept saying that they were going to have the head lady call me and she never did. This was on a couple of occasions. We had finally got it figured out, all is well. This is probably not their fault they're just really busy. I had a couple of situations where I needed to change the dates, but they never really could accommodate me. Other than that they're good. I've been using them for a year.

Have used them for several years.

I was very excited after my first meeting with Denise. I liked that I had a list of what exactly would be cleaned in each room as well as what would be detailed cleaned the next visit. I like that she gave me a price for the rooms that I wanted cleaned every two weeks and quoted a price for the rooms I wanted cleaned on request. I had my calendar ready to set up dates that day and she indicated she would have to call me back to schedule my first and quot;initialand quot; cleaning. After that cleaning she would have to call me again to schedule my second and quot;initialand quot; cleaning and after that I would be put on a regular schedule.
Scheduling Hassles - Due to my work travel schedule, trying to work out dates with Denise posed to be a significant burden. I often had to go 4 weeks before my next cleaning because she could not work me in on a different day no matter how much notice was given.
Cleaning Quality - During the 5 months they cleaned my house, there was not one time when the work was done as described in their rotating cleaning listing. Examples include bedrooms being detail cleaned, but the base boards not hand wiped and carpet edges not vacuumed. During the kitchen detail cleaning all knickknacks were to be individually cleaned and the furniture hand wiped, but these were often neglected. During the last visit I had to point out the shower drain where they had dumped a mop bucket, but did not clean the mound of dog hair from the drain.
Lack of Care for Property - During the last 3 cleanings (which ultimately resulted in my change in service providers) something in the house was damaged, but not brought to my attention.
1) First I had requested the slider doors be cleaned on the visit. When I went to lock the door that evening, I found the sliding glass door lock was broken. I called the company the next morning to inform them of the damage to the door and that my door no longer was able to be locked. Denise indicated her husband had a family emergency and would not be able to come by for 4 days. They did not show up when indicated so I had to call again and schedule an exact time. They did not show up for that visit and when I called her husband indicated I was on his list to call as he needed to reschedule. When he did come he was not able to fix the lock and indicated he would have to some research. Seven weeks went by and they did not follow back up with me and did not ever attempt to come back to fix the lock.

2) During the cleaning visit following the broken lock, the carpet was snagged. I did not find it until after they left and it was in a room not used often. However, when I was watering plants that night I found 6 inch strand of the berber carpet missing. You could see where both sides of the snag had been cut. Since we have no kids, there is no other explanation for how the carpet was damaged.
3) During the last and final visit, I noticed our shower glass had water spots (which had never been the case before). When I inspected closer I found it additionally had several scratches in circular patterns. I showed the head cleaner and she said and quot;yes I noticed that too. It looks like a previous cleaner used the wrong tool or had something on their cloth that scratched the glass.and quot;

They have provided reliable and professional service to us for approximately two years. We are very satisfied. They respond promptly to questions and or concerns.

Came out did a walk through..enjoyed their company and were not to forward.Hired the next day after interveiwing 5 companys.

Very good service. The owner even uses a post inspection on an unannounced bases to check on the cleaning crew. We have used the service at least 15 times and only once did we call for a follow up concern of a missed carpet that we felt was not vacuumed. The owner Denise Metcalfe was quick to over a re-clean. The crew seems to be professional. We are usually not home when they clean. We have never had any possessions out of place or missing.
