Repair person examined the shutters and stated he needed to get parts. Weeks later, after numerous phone calls from us he stated "too old, parts are unavailable". I decided to research the parts availability. I called Hunter Douglas and they immediately told me that the parts were available and the parts were free. Just tell them how many of each. The Blind Guys are either unethical or unknowledgable. Never use them.

Matt Perry one of the owners answered my call the first time I called. He was very professional thru the whole process. With me not knowing anything about what his cost would be I asked if he would give a price for each room in his proposal. He was very timely in getting me the quote when he said he was going to and being the price was so much lower than I expected we decided to do all 3 rooms. Matt was even kind enough to go ahead and get 2 rooms ordered and installed. Before coming back to do the 3rd room after our remodeling was complete. He took away the old blinds and didn't leave any signs he had been there other than the beautiful blinds of course. Job well done Blind Guys !

came out the day I called to show me samples. He was able to answer questions that Home Depot was just not able to answer. I had called still another company to get a quote and they told me it would be three weeks before I could get an appoinment and six weeks before installation. Neither of thse obsticals were an issue for The blind guys. He gave me three options for the one that I wanted . He explination made it easy for me to choose. He said that they would be in in two weeks. And they came in EXACTLY when he said they would. He called me told me they were in and then said he had time THAT AFTERNOON to install them. I am very happy with my chioce I made with the blinds and espescially the Blind guys. I would Highly recommend this company!
