"My apologies for the delayed response. Looking over your services I do see where you had the carpets cleaned for $125.00 which is a standard rate for steam cleaning RV's. The other services/products used, specifically the deodorizer is simply a solution to refresh the area and make it smell more pleasant, it does not clean the carpets. The other service was a dry cleaning done to the ceiling of your vessel. I'm sorry to hear you we're unsatisfied with the way things turned out. We do stand by our workmanship and do our best to keep our clients happy. Our standard time for returned cleans is within a 10 day period however I would be okay making an exception for you. We can send the technician back out there to touch up these areas of concern for you if you'd like?"

We do stand by our workmanship and are happy to come back out within 10 business days of our cleaning to touch up any spots or areas of concern. As for the carpets remaining wet for hours, this is normal. So, after a steam cleaning is performed it is normal for carpets to remain slightly wet or damp for up to 24 hours. The reasoning depends on several factors, mostly the circulation within the home or humidity levels."
