There were issues of being the wrong size, they made it right but, it was not easy. The granite is not the best and for a upgrade, it should.
Also owner said he would come and look at finish job and never did

It was bad. We had them pull the fence out and we are buying it from someone else after we paid them.

We happened upon Superior Stone Services in the yellow pages and decided to pay them a visit regarding granite countertops.  Superior Stone is a small local business in Sarasota.  When we arrived, we were greeted by Bruno Izzo who went over the process, showed us samples, and gave us a preliminary cost estimate based upon our measurements.  From the first meeting with Bruno and his staff, we felt comfortable that they were honest people who would do quality work.  Before we agreed to the job, Bruno and Peggy came to our home in Venice to do their own measurements and then Joseph came to make a template.  Once we decided on color, Bruno ordered our slabs and we were able to go to the shop to approve them.   The following week we had installation.  The installers first tore out our old countertops and sink.  They were efficient and meticulous and they cleaned up very nicely when finished.  The countertops turned out beautifully and we are very happy with the entire experience.
From day 1, the staff was friendly and very helpful.  We like the personal attention that comes with working with a small company.  We appreciated the follow-up call to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction.  We would use this company again.
