Superior Installations

Mike was great!  Not only did he have innovative ideas for my windows, but he took accurate measurements, ordered the materials and installed them in no time flat.  He called to say when he was coming and said he would let me know if there would be a delay, but there was none.  I was amazed at how quickly he installed my blinds and drapes and valances.  I love my new look!

Mike and I played voice mail tag a bit but we persisted and finally made contact the next day.  I give him credit for calling me back...so many service people just don't!   As I couldn't really tell him what kind of blind I had, he agree to come and look at it and did just that within a day or two.  He examined the problem, told us the drapes were extremely expensive and worth repairing the mechanism.  He took down the drape, took the rod mechanism with him.  He told us it would be 10-14 days probably, until he could get it back to us repaired.
He returned in a week and installed the rod and re-hung the drape.  He cautioned us on proper use.
The charges for the repair were reasonable ($156 or so) but $120 of that was for two house calls (one to take it down and one to put it back up).  That seemed a bit steep, but not totally out of the question.
Overall I was very pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism.  I would use him again to hair/repair drapes and blinds.
