He took good care of the place. We had a seasonal house he maintained the neatness. He did a good job keeping the grass cut and the shrubs trimmed.

I called the service and left a message to call back. The owner Kevin, promptly returned a call within 20 minutes. He showed up promptly for an estimate. He was amenable to reducing the cost by approximately 10%. He arrived to complete the job as scheduled. I was not at home but gave him permission to enter the back yard. When I came home from work, the job was done and his clean up was thorough. I called him to advise I was available for him to come back and get paid, which he did. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

They are very professional and their punctuality is good. Right now they might have a family problem or something because he has not been pulling the weeds and maintaining the bushes like he had been. They are responsive to though, whenever I call they seem to call right back.

I was very pleased with them. They knew I was away and they notified me about things they saw like loose papers and anything else they saw. I liked dealing with just one person.
