Very Well. I traveled to Florida to tie up many loose ends regarding my father's estate On a recommendation I got hold of Peter Garrison. First we met at the house and Peter filled me in on what sold well and not so well as we toured the house. He conducts his sales on Saturdays but shows up early in the week with tables, etc and sets up in advance. He starts early and stays late. He also took it upon himself to empty the house (its on a reverse mortgage). He took stuff to Goodwill, etc and put out the trash two weeks in a row. What the garbagemen refused to take Peter and his staff hauled to the dump. His commission on sales is reasonable and the fee for emptying the house was much lower than the moving man (actually a guy with a truck) was going to charge. Hire Peter, he goes the extra mile
