Armour Roofing is a Florida State-certified roofing contractor and fully insured. We specialize in quality residential shingle re-roofs, repairs, maintenance and roof inspections. We also provide roof coating systems for aged metal roofs or flat roof systems, which does not require re-roofing just a renewing of those type roofs at much less cost. We have been selected as a Conklin Master Contractor for the year of 2012, establishing us as a premier roofing contractor with a reputation for business integrity and professionalism. In Florida we also run across many flat or low slope roofs, shingle repairs, we do not have to tear off these flat roofs, which in these cases we use Conklin roof coating systems. "Hi [member name removed], I am sorry you were not satisfied with our services. The report was sent to you on Monday morning with associated pictures. The roof tune-up was completed on Wednesday and we do not work on the weekends. So, it took 2 days to get you the written report. Our serviceman Bill did verbally go over his findings with you moments after his inspection on Wednesday and showed you pictures. Our Angie's list profile states we do shingle roofs and was not aware you had a tile roof prior to arriving at your home. As stated in our previous email with our report, we would happily refund your $49. We were not aware at the time of our service that it was an issue since we completed the tune-up and you seemed satisfied. future and that is very beneficial. Not many homeowners will get up on the roof and walk around with the roofer, but I did. He took photos of certain areas to watch and provided the photos and narrative in a report he provided afterward.
The service he provided was first rate. I have had providers try to convince me that this or that could be wrong, but Ed was very respectful in explaining anything of which I was not certain.
I will recommend him to others in the future who have reason to need a roof contractor.
Owner provided me with necessary documentation detailing insurance coverage
and contractor's license.
I had numerous bids and this company's was right in the ball park and able to
guarantee me a start and completion date.
