These people are thieves. Laura Bell charged me $100.00 for a background check for an apartment. I made her cross out the "pre-rental" contract that stated "forfeiture of security deposit ($1425) if decline signing lease after approval" with lease contract unseen at this point. Then! I was approved and was told i have to pay $150.00 for associations background check. This is ridiculous! I asked what that garbage was all about and she told me the bare faced lie that she said it when we saw the house. Thats BS because i remember everything she said and would have told her to go to **** on the spot. reviews (26 of them) describe how they charge your security deposit cleaning and other fees until its almost done. PLEASE read the reviews! They are all dirt bags. BTW, my realtor friend says it cost 20.00 for a back ground check. They are total crooks.

I have been satisfied with Stringer's services. The tenant they located for my condo has been there for ten years and is a superb tenant. They efficiently handle issues that arise.

They rented a home to us for $1,500 a month. The landlord was a really nice lady, but we had some troubles with the management company. They charged us for things that were just made up. They invented charges after the fact that they were renting the property. They took over $500 of our deposit money.

"1) House was infested with fleas from pet. 2) Cleaning fee charged per lease agreement 3) Rent not paid from 9/1-9/2 charged $560 Security $1,400, LMR $1,400. $2,800 - $1,085= $1,715 in escrow less returned to tenant. Fee charges were true and real."

The company set me up with a house that was just a mess. They are not possessional. They do not have the tenant in mind. They rip the tenant off. I feel like this company is out to get money. They do not call you back if you have an issue.
