Service was performed but a mistake was made. Called for them to quickly rectify and they would only schedule another 4 hour window on another day expecting me to take off work again for their convenience. Horrible customer service after the service. They treat you like dirt and have not respect for the customer.

They came out the day I called and did it for a very good price.They said they would be here from 12 to 2 and that were here at noon. We didn't have any problems using them. They were very punctual, they did a thorough job, and I thought the price was very fair for what they did. They are very responsive and they act in a very professional manner.

All carpets were leaned as requested.  They were very accommodating with scheduling.  All carpet has since been removed from our home so no reason to use them in the future.

They were very prompt and came back out a second time to re clean my sofa. I was very happy with them and would recommend them above any other upholstery cleaners.

It was not a tremendously great experience. I had used them a few times before. They did not do such a great job this time, so we had to ask them to come back and redo some areas. Even then, I was not very happy with the end result. They were not terrible, but it's just that I would not give them a big recommendation. I have to think pretty hard about using them again and I think I would probably try somebody else.

Quoted window of arrival between 12:00-3:00; first time they arrived @ 12:15, second time they called at 11:00 to ask if they could come early (which was fine with me). Worked quickly and efficiently, took about 20 minutes each time. Although they couldn't remove all the old, set-in stains, the cleanliness was much improved. Crew members Richard, Scott, Miguel, and Kenneth friendly and professional.

We had another carpet cleaner with whom we had been pleased to clean our vacation home on Siesta Key. I decided to try Stanley Steemer since I'd seen the truck in the complex and they gave us a better quote for a larger area than the previous carpet cleaning service. Not only did I feel they did a better job, but they used less chemicals and the stains did not reappear as they had with the previous contractor. I'm so pleased and the fresh clean results helped us to sell our condo!

They are courteous and prompt. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved. Overall, they were very conscientious.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOME ON TIME AND LOOKED PROFESSIONAL. THEY CHARGED US THE SAME PRICE THAT THEY HAD ADVERTISED ON TELEVISION. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.
