Wonderfully! Mark in Sales met me at my home with Brian, his tech. They did a quick inspection, got and idea and time frame of the work to be done, and emailed me a prompt estimate. SPT was able to work out a good schedule during a busy season for the work visit. Later Brian contacted me by phone when he was nearby and we met back at my property. Brian and his assistant Jack were able to thoroughly hydro jet, further scan and trace the drain line, do some extra snaking, and pinpoint some minor line issue and a small (thankfully) hole in the drain line. SPT saved this customer the nightmare of possibly digging up a remodeled home purchased only a year ago to replace a line that just needed a good cleaning and video reinspection.

They used new technology to do reline the pipes and prevented me from needing to have them jacked hammered.

We recently bought an older home and wanted to be proactive and have an inspection done on the integrity of the cast iron drain pipes to the new septic tank. 

We made an appointment initially with Mike Douglass Plumbing(do not use) which resulted in a disaster so we were panicked and needed a second opinion.

We called SPT, and Jerry, the president came out with a technician.  He performed a video inspection and was very thorough explaining the process and his findings. He brought the video back to his team and discussed with us what his team recommended.  He quoted us a very fair price for the job considering the complexity (especially considering it was damaged by the prior plumbers). nearly half the price of MDP, their competitor! 

The general Manager Mark Royce called to discuss scheduling and give us references.  He even gave us names of traditional plumbers so we could make a thoughtful decision.  They were the nicest and most honest guys.  If we decide on the pipe lining solution, we know who we will be calling!!! 

They really helped us sort through a difficult plumbing problem and offered honest, prompt and fair solutions.

These guys are awesome!!! We have had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic since we moved into our home 4 years ago so, after ruling out every other possibility, our pest control company convinced us to do a vapor test and they recommended SPT. We knew that the previous homeowners had ripped out a built-in bar because of some marks on the wall (the previous owners did everything half-assed), but we did not realize it was a wet bar, and we had no idea that anyone could be stupid or careless enough to cut a pipe and cap it with duct tape!!! There was just enough duct tape left for us to realize that's what they had done because the rats had chewed through it and given themselves free access to our attic (luckily, they never came into the house). Using non-toxic vapor, SPT was able to almost immediately determine which wall was hiding the open drain pipe. Once they determined the general area, they went in with a special video camera which allowed them to pinpoint the exact location; they cut a hole smaller than one square foot in the Sheetrock, and capped the pipe. Our regular plumber will be coming out to do some additional work on the pipe and cap it more permanently, and my husband will patch the Sheetrock over the weekend because we need to access the area behind the wall for the next couple of days (we'll be thoroughly disinfecting the area before replacing the Sheetrock), but in just about an hour SPT found the problem and they took 4 years of worry and anxiety with them. Like their truck says – Problem Solved!

Rats problem solved!!! The problem had been occurring for a long time with another pest control company monitoring/trapping and with no success solving the problem. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and help solving the problem.

Dan came out and told us all of our leak options and we chose to have them reroute it. He was extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone who has any leak issues.

Not happy with the service. Thought they could at least put the camera down the affected area vent tube and see if there may have been a crack in the sewer line. Not satisfied. The only decent suggestion, was since they charged me $350, they would come back for no-charge.

They were a very reliable company. They were very knowledgeable. The man that owned the company was a plumbing contractor before he opened the business. He had a wealth of knowledge behind him with plumbing issues and he also knew how to work the equipment that he used to find the problem. The company came out within a day or two of our calling them. They brought the equipment, a video camera, and a recording device to record what they were videotaping. Once they put the camera in the pipe and started to move the pipe, they turned on water in different areas to check if there was another pipe that came into the pipe the camera was in and to identify where it was coming from. The guy documented every step of the way down the pipe and explained it. He also gave a copy of the tape to the contractor and explained on the tape how the obstruction or the problem was created and explained the steps he would recommend to correct that problem without doing more damage to the house or flooring than necessary. The company was a godsend. They were able to find out where I had an issue without destroying all the work that had been done on the floor because the pipes ran underneath the slab. There would have been a great cost and downtime in our house again had they not been able to find the problem and pinpoint it accurately. They only had to make a 2-foot square in the floor to be able to work in there. After they completed the work, they packed the dirt, re-put the concrete, put everything back, and re-tiled the floor that they had cut up. The company was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the pipes were going underneath the floor. They were not just guessing. They could measure the distance they went in the pipe and from the other pipes that came in, they could measure and tell exactly where they needed to cut. The owner was very knowledgeable. His people were all American citizens and one didn't have to worry about having shoddy employees show up. His people were knowledgeable and knew how to work the camera equipment. They made an audio of everything that was happening once they put the camera in the pipe and they explained everything as it went.
