Lenny Mucci, the owner, came and assessed the damage we had due to mold. He then had Spanos Environmental come and test to assess the types of mold. He then tore out the damaged area, did a thorough mold remediation, had the area retested to verify the mold was gone, then rebuilt the part torn out. It was associated with an AC problem also and contacted 360TIES who came and redid the duct work. They also did a thorough cleaning of the ducts both upstairs and downstairs (the problem was in one bedroom upstairs). My husband and I highly recommend Southern Shores/Lenny Mucci and plan on contracting him again in the near future when we are ready to remodel our master bathroom.

Great. The workers were professional, neat, cleaned up, and also polite. It took awihle to completly finish. Mostly due to scheduling and the numerous city or county inspections that were required before work could go to the next stage towards completion. Pictures include the mesh stage and then at completion.
