We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied and that you feel disappointed with our service. Sonshine was first called to your home for a repair estimate in 2013. After our roofing specialist evaluated your roof, it was his professional recommendation that your roof be replaced not only for the best benefit to your home, but also to your finances. At that time, and with each additional call made to your home, you insisted on repairing rather than replacing your roof. Subsequently, and as we advised might happen given the age and condition of your roof, you have needed roofing service many times over the past few years to repair multiple leaks that have emerged. When we find a spot that is clearly causing a leak, we repair it. However, repairing that spot does not guarantee that the roof is not leaking in a separate location which has been hidden under the roof tiles and been camouflaged by a different leak. For this reason, roof repairs such as these are often made through a process of elimination. As you know, on each visit to your home, we did in fact find additional roof problems that needed repair.
