Because my job was small, I could not get scheduled for about 5 weeks because of the backlog of jobs I was told. As the time approached I had to call several times to confirm an exact time and date to make sure someone was coming on the day agreed upon. Eventually, the work was performed by two of their roofers. At first, no sign of leaks in the two locations during the first few rains but then after about 6 weeks, I notice water getting in through one of the repaired areas. Thankfully, I had left my plastic in place just in case and it had caught about a quart of water that had gotten through so no damage was done. I called and told them I wanted to speak to Frank and claim a warranty on the workmanship done on the repaired areas and to schedule another repair tech to come and properly fix the leak. At first, I felt that Frank was trying to claim that if it's not the same area, then there is no warranty. I assured him it was in the EXACT SAME AREA and that they should cover it under warranty of workmanship. Eventually, another guy came out but this time it felt like they were looking at me as a difficult customer and just wanted to get in and get out. This was confirmed when I let the guy in and showed him the area that was still leaking in the attic so he could see that it was the same place. He got up on the roof and supposedly did something but I have no idea because he left without telling me what he found or even to say "goodbye, it's all fixed". A few weeks later and few hard rains later, guess what? Still leaking in the same place! I have ZERO confidence in these guys repair capability. I know we will need a new roof eventually and probably sooner rather than later but I can be sure these guys will NOT be getting my business. Unprofessional, rude and not capable when it comes to relatively simple repairs.

Their crew replaced plywood, replaced shingles in the areas that were leaking. I paid approximately $1500.00 and was given a guarantee on the work that they had done.

THEN, THE ROOF LEAKED AGAIN! IN ALL THE PLACES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED!

I called and they sent a crew out again to sort out the continued issues. Then, they sent me a bill for the second visit. I called to ask about the guarantee I was given with the original repair contract and they had no response and would not come out when THE ROOF LEAKED AGAIN AFTER THE SECOND REPAIR!

GREAT job! The workers were professional, clean, and answered all our questions. The workmanship is excellent. There was stucco work needed, and the company recommended by Shewski did an excellent job. The price was inline with other companies. The crew cleaned up everyday, with a thorough cleanup after the job was done, to remove nails and other metal. The neighbors have all commented how good it looks. We have had rain since they finished the work, no leaks anywhere. We are very happy with our new roof.

Working with Shewski Roofing was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had and I built my last house. If only all contractors paid this much attention to detail and customer relations.

They do a great job, their price was good as well. Clean up was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall it went very badly from start to finish, until Breathe Easy Mold Remediation solved the problem Shewski could not solve. For six years we experienced stress, frustration and embarrassment from our roof/ceiling problem. We were unable to entertain guests at our dining room table, or in our living room because pieces were falling off the ceiling.
