SCOTT SENNES IS A CON ARTIST. HE IS AN AWARD-WINNING DESIGNER BUT HE WAS NEVER ON TIME TO ANY MEETINGS, LIED TO US ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK AND GENERALLY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. SENNES CLAIMED HE HAD GOTTEN PERMITS, CLAIMED HE HAD PAID SUBCONTRACTORS, CLAIMED HE INTENDED TO COMPLETE THE WORK. INSTEAD, HE DISAPPEARED, LEAVING BEHIND VALUABLE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT THAT WE INTEND TO SELL TO MAKE UP FOR THE MONEY HE TOOK FROM US. THE EMPLOYEES OF SENNES DESIGN BUILD WERE SHADY TO BEGIN WITH. THEY COVERED FOR SCOTT BY LYING ABOUT HIS WHEREABOUTS AND HIS ACTIVITIES. WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN HE SENT HIS YOUNG ASSISTANT, CALLIE, TO HELP US PICK OUT FLOORING, INSTEAD OF SHOWING UP HIMSELF. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF HIS DISHONESTY. HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

SENNES DELIVERED A SOLID, WELL CONSTRUCTED ADDITION BY THE END OF THE PROJECT. THE ADDITION LOOKS LIKE IT WAS PART OF THE ORIGINAL HOUSE AND FUNCTIONS VERY WELL. SCOTT'S DESIGN WAS THE BEST WE SAW. HE WAS INNOVATIVE AND HAS MANY GOOD IDEAS. BIGGEST ISSUE WAS AROUND GETTING THE PROJECT DONE. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED AND SCOTT HAD SIGNIFICANT TURNOVER DURING THE PROJECT. PROJECT MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AT TIMES.
