He was on time, he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He drove safely, even in the rain and with lots of traffic. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time. He was very knowledgeable about the airport and the area roads.

I can't say enough nice things about the excellent service I received from Secret Servant car service. David Zmick, the owner (and driver), was punctual, very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and knew his way around. And his rate beat out all other car services! All in all, I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received and will certainly use Secret Servant again in the future. A definite A+++ rating goes out to David and Secret Servant!

The only problem I had with this service was that when I called for pricing, I gave them my address and was told the price would be $25-$30. When we arrived at the airport, the price was $55. Also, the person that you speak with is sometimes very hard to understand as English is not his first language, and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. As far as the service and punctuality, I have no complaints. The driver was very professional and arrived exactly on time.

We needed a ride to the airport from Venice to Tampa. I was concerned since this was the first time we were using Secret Servant and it was an early morning pickup (7am). The driver arrived at 6:30am which was a big relief to me since I like to leave early and not have the stress of rushing through the airport. We traveled with our dog and you could tell the driver loved animals. He was also very professional and the entire trip was a pleasure. My wife and I will definitely be using Secret Servant for all our trips to and from the airport.
