Santiago can do it all! He had the know how and tools for my multiple projects. This involved plumbing, electrical, and construction. He did not need to call in other subcontractors to complete the work. I used him also for outdoor construction when building my tiki hut. I always call him first.

Santiago and his team were great to work with. I hired him for multiple projects after the first experience two years ago. They tiled a laundry room for us and repaired tile issues in several other rooms. They are general contractors and I know go to them whenever we need carpentry or general repairs or improvements. I really appreciate how clean the areas are after his work is complete. I highly recommend them.

Santiago redid a room of ours that had water damage. He was very professional, worked with us to get the best prices for the flooring and really efficient. He redid the floors, walls and baseboards and they all look better then ever. He also fixed the outside of the house and figured out the original problem. We have already had him back for additional work on our kitchen Sink and dishwasher and he delivered again. I would highly recommend Santiago for any home projects you are going to do.

Very experienced crew. Also very helpful at explaining what I needed to get at the best price. Definitely coming back when I need more work done in my other bathroom. What I really liked is that they were always on time and working the whole time and my floor looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

Santiago did a lot of work for us in addition to painting and flooring. The movers put deep groves in my redwood coffee table. He refinished. It looked better than the original. He also did electrical work. Everything he does is outstanding. We highly recommend him.
