Scott Gettle bullied, ridiculed, and was viciously rude to a nice, kind, gentle, old retired lady, my mother, because she went with another company who had a better price. Gettle serviced her pool for four years and he felt entitled to that pool remodeling job. Scott Gettle responded by sending my mother awful, aggressive, rude, vicious, attacking emails impugning her judgment as a person because she decided to go with a lower price. I could not believe it. This man is disgusting.

They come regularly and take care of my pool. When I have an issue they are quick to respond and the person who does my weekly maintenance is pleasant and answers questions when we have them.
