Working with Rykan and his team at Sawgrass Construction to perform a major home renovation was an absolute pleasure. Rykan maintained consistent communication with us throughout the process and was always available to meet us in person if needed. The quality of work and materials was excellent and his prices were very fair. Knowing we were under difficult time constraints, he expedited tasks to ensure there was minimal downtime which we greatly appreciate. This is the third job I have used Sawgrass for. In this case they repaired damage caused by a previous contractors shoddy work. Work included removing pool cage, siding, repair leaks around windows, replace wood rot caused by leaks, replace and paint siding, replace pool cage. In all three jobs Sawgrass has done for me they did what they said they would do, on the schedule they provided, for the cost they quoted the quality of the work was excellent. They say they stand behind their work. I take them at their word but as each job has been done properly the first time I have not had to call them back to correct anything. Communication during the job was excellent including numerous pictures throughout the project. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! We love, love, love the master bathroom that Jerry, Rykan and their crew installed for us! The workmanship was excellent, the service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the timing was perfect! As a real added plus, they were "forward-thinking" and planned into the design a manifold for future piping work we may want to do. Will definitely use again in the future. Can't say enough wonderful things about Jerry and Rykan Holder and their crew at Sawgrass.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail in gutting and building a new primary bathroom. Excellent communication during project and work was always neat and orderly. Finished job timely and returned post construction to take care of an issue without hesitation. Will definitely use again for future projects and would highly recommend.

Outstanding work and great customer service.

Sawgrass construction is a great company , they put in all new cabinets and new sink and back splash. My laundry room looks so nice. Like it should have been done when the house was built. Rykan Holder were so nice . We appreciate everything you did for us we highly recommend them.

As a contractor myself, I know hard it is to find reliable, professional companies to hire. Rykan and his team at Sawgrass Services are so refreshing to work with. We have used them on numerous projects for site prep, grading services, demolition projects etc. and we will continue to do so. Communication is always clear, they come when they say they will, and donâ t cut corners. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys, because there is a lot of grunt out there in this field, but Rykan sets himself apart from that
