Excellent! They quickly evaluated the watch and gave me an estimate for the repair ($75.00). It needed some new factory parts. I left the watch and about a week later they had obtained the needed parts and had the watch fully fixed. It was easier to have the watch mailed to me rather than drive to their store so they shipped it to me for a modest charge. The watch arrived the next day and runs perfectly. I could not be more pleased with their service, prices or professionalism. They are a solid and trustworthy business and I would use them anytime in the future for my watch needs.
