Ryan Michael Skrzypkowski is an expatriate who moved to Sarasota County after falling in love with the gulf coast following a Florida vacation, leaving behind his home town of Nottinghamshire, England to pursue the American dream by selling real estate. Ryan graduated from the West Nottinghamshire University in 2007 with a degree in mechanical engineering, although Engineering was not his calling, with a love for business, sales and numbers, he went on to work for four successful years at the largest banking group in the United Kingdom, Lloyds TSB, a division of Lloyds of London. It was here when Ryan found his flair for customer service, after being recognized as a sales volume leader and consistently out performing expectations. Ryan continued his studies at the University for Lloyds TSB (ULTSB) a highly recognized school for banking and investing. After deciding on a move to the United States, Ryan acquired a large scale property maintenance company. Over a four year period, Ryan grew revenue by 375%. Now turning his focus to real estate, Ryan Michael Skrzypkowski chose to team up with the Preferred Shore Real Estate Group of Allison James as they share the same values, goals and high level of expectation for performance. When not working, Ryan Michael spends as much time on the water as possible with his lovely wife. Ryan was very responsive during the offer/bidding process, staying in hourly contact when necessary.
He counseled us on how much to offer and how to frame the offer so that we made our offer the most attractive to the bank.
Working with a bank 'owner' and an unmotivated title company added stress and strain to the process, but Ryan stayed on top of it every moment.
He knew exactly when to get tough and when to calm the participants. He managed us, the bank, and the title company in a very professional manner. On top of that, he guided us through the myraid of questions, inspections, ordinances, laws, etc.
We got the home, and the closing was a 30 minute deal in a street cafe,
