She was an absolute delight! She did a wonderful job and really made the place look great, with safe cleaning products that weren't going to make me sick and worked GREAT!! 10 out of 10 would hire again!

Rosie has been cleaning my home for several years now. At first, she had help, but was never satisfied with the quality of their work, so opted to extend her cleaning time and do it herself. Rosie is very thorough, moves furniture to clean underneath, does fan blades a few times a year, and I am very pleased with her level of service.

Rosie did a great job.  She came on short notice but still worked with our time schedule.  She did exactly what she said she would.  We will have her back.

We purchased a special which consisted of 3 hours of cleaning from Rosie.  She was very responsive and we worked out a time for her to come by in fairly short notice.  When she arrived she asked what supplies should could use, which caught us a little off guard since it said on her coupon supplies were included.  So we gave her the cleaning supplies but she brought in her own vaccuum and mopping tools which were way better than what we could have given her to use.
We had her do a deep clean of 3 rooms.  We only needed to explain what we wanted once and she remembered to do everything.  In terms of quality of work, she did an outstanding job.  She removed stains in the bathtub that we thought were permanent and there was not a spec of dust anywhere to be found.

It went well. Rosie was very professional, easy to chat with and was willing to do all that I asked.  Unfortunately I should have been a little bit more detailed with asking her to clean certain areas because it wasn't until after she left that I realized that she didn't clean a couple of places, such as my microwave that I had just ASSUMED she would clean.  So it wasn't her fault at all.  I know had I asked she would have been more than willing to do all of that. 

Yes, I will ask her to clean again.

Provider did a really nice job, was very pleasant and was willing to do whatever I needed to be done.  She did finish earlier than the time alloted (15 minutes early) so I just told her to go on home, however I did notice after she left that my microwave wasn't cleaned and would have liked her to have done that in those extra 15 minutes.  But she did a really nice job on the bathrooms and the rest of the house.  Will definitely call her again.

Rosie had two other ladies with her and one of them had to be directed for every job. When you are paying $75./hour you would hope you wouldn't have to ask for items to be redone. I was also under the impression that the grout would be cleaned but was only wet moped, All and all, I was happy with her work but would have been happier with two workers at $50./hour and my wife wouldn't of had to clean the top of all the cupboards that got left.

They arrived on time and set to work after discussing what I wished done.  They did a great job and the villa was thoroughly clean by the time they left.

Rosie came with another girl and spent 7 hours cleaning my 4500 sq ft house. Generally they did a good job but missed some Cobb webs on dining room chandelier and did not wipe down cabinet doors in kitchen. Overall they were good but way too expensive. I simply don't get charging $25/hr per person to clean a house! It seems to be the trend in Florida but I refuse to pay that. Ultimately I found another team who were less than half the price. They cleaned today and did a great job.

I can't say enough to praise Rosie's cleaning service. Rosie is very professional and a charming person to have in your home. She goes out of her way to please and address your requests.

I called Rosie after our tenant moved out before renting to another tenant. She went out of her way to help out on a Sunday as I was only there for a few days to oversee repairs on the unit. She brought her own supplies and did an excellent job. I will use her again and would recommend her to others.

I was extremely happy with Rosie and her assistant.  I had just moved into a house I that closed on... and it was filthy.  I called Rosie and she had time to help me the next day.  What a life-saver!  She did a wonderful job scrubbing my kitchen and bathrooms from top to bottom.  I would recommend her.

Rosie  is excellent! After moving to the area, we used a number of cleaning services and were continually disappointed. That all changed when we found Rosie, as she has performed with great professionalism.
Rosie is very easy to work with and will address any areas that we bring to her attention. She has also shown to be extremely punctual and very flexible with the schedule of our cleaning days. Rosie has even made last minute changes to accommodate our changing schedules.
I find value in the service provided by Rosie, although she is more expensive than other cleaning companies I've tried. That being said, her reliability is worth it, and with the cheaper companies we've tried, the old adage "You get what you pay for." rings true.

Rosie answered call immediately, came to house same day to look at and review what needed done; was able to work us in to schedule the next day. Arrived on time with all supplies and necessary equipment to do a thorough clean in house and areas desired. Had anticipated it would take longer than did and would require more than just the two of them but they were able to finish in 5 hours. Price was a little higher than some of the other quotes received but Rosie was able to go the same day to look at and then come back the next to complete work. Very nice job
