The technician was very efficient in determining the problem with the original toilet.  Ron Horn Plumbing was very competitive in price and able to obtain the new toilet sooner than the big box stores.  The technician was also very efficient in installing the new toilet.

Due to new type of undermounted sink and location of plumbing there was considerable work and creativity required.
 Plumber Joel improved everything that was needed.   Everything was tested and is working fine.   Result was a much improved area under the sink with all new parts.  He had all of the parts in his truck and worked carefully and did a quality job.

Jeff showed up exactly on time. He went to work right away, asked me for my choice of two faucet options, made sure that he didn't create or leave a mess, completed the job quickly and correctly. The charge was reasonable, what I expected. I was very satisfied.

The repair took about 90 minutes. Honestly I expected it to take longer and cost more. After all the water bill for this leak is a shocking $600. We have used Ron Horn Plumbing for years, for our own home as well as three rental houses. We've tried other plumbers from time to time but always come back to Ron for great service, honesty, and reasonable rates. We will never use a never plumbing service!

I called Ron Horn Plumbing, Inc. because they are a local company and I wanted to employ a local service provider. I called the main office at approx.12:30pm and described my issues; they had Jeff at my house by 2pm. He fixed the leak outside in the main water line coming into the house. He also replaced the 2 toilet tank gaskets and bolts. When the water supply was turned back on an outside hose bib began dripping and he replaced that too. The entire job was completed in 2 hours. Jeff was very receptive to my questions, comments and concerns and was very professional and pleasant to work with. I most certainly will use this provider again.

Excellent, did what what he was supposed to do, professional, accommodated tenants schedules with minimal downtime for tenants.
