RIM was referred to me from a friend. When the owner showed up we went over the work to be done( removed old tile in guest bathroom, replaced vanity, and toilet, re-tile shower and floor). He took measurements and ask me and my wife a few questions. He even made some suggestions me and my wife would have never thought about. Later that night we received our quote by e-mail. The price was a little more than we thought but we had a good feeling about him and had seen his work before. The work was scheduled and completed the following week. The tile work turned out flawless. The amount of preparation that went into this job was incredible and the end result was better than we could of imagined. RIM definitely takes pride in putting out the best product they possibly can. We will definitely recommend them to any friends or family.
