"There's always One Bad Apple in the bunch! The customer was serviced properly. We're still in business over 3 years later hundreds of residential customer service was not one complaint. This customer thought his motor should have been under warranty and when it wasn't you refuse to pay the additional cost for the parts which were $300 he went online and complained."
