The work he did was sloppy. The floor in the shower does not drain, there is a puddle that sits there for hours so I have to sweep it down the drain. The tiles are uneven. When he installed the shower head, he put it very close to the edge of the shower so I can't open the door safely. I have to reset the shower head everytime I go in or out. He was surly.
