The Owner Marc does not do what he agrees on. He does not cleanup daily as promised. He went three weeks over time he promised to finished. My two sons suffered from all the dirt and dust daily. He abandoned the job without finishing. We had to hire Certified Inspectors after the job was finished by us. The quality of his work is poor. Things turned up missing from our sons room. We had to make a police report. He has to be one of the rudest people we have ever met. We are in the process of consulting a lawyer for a Civil Law Suit. Beware of Remodeling Sarasota and Marc Niski. This is our opinion
