Small family owned business serving sarasota and surrounding areas. We are licensed contractor performing services to homeowners that would like small item repairs to big item repairs and replacement. We have been in business for 13years and pride ourselves on hitting peoples budgets, and that personal feeling that you are considered an extension of our family. Lets us help however we can.
Services we offer
We repair and install all kinds and brands of hone or busuness air cinditioning, and heaters. We repairc appliances. We do hone repairs that you would hire a handymanto do but there is no certified licensing for a handyman so you take your chances. We are the licensed alternative. We also have a cleaning, heatpumps, home sitting division. Our cleaning services provide one time or monthly upkeep and vacation or seasonal home sitting. We got you covered with a variety of services.

Gave them a "C" review for punctuality only because they were a little later than expected. However, they DID call to let us know, and IT'S SUMMERTIME IN FLORIDA ... WHAT DO YOU EXPECT???...we don't expect ANYONE TO RESPOND INSTANTLY IN THE SUMMER TO A NON-EMERGENCY CALL. Otherwise, they would get an "A+" on all aspects!!
