"It is unfortunate that Mr. [Member Name Removed] is choosing this venue to complain about an issue, considering he has apparently made no effort to contact me directly to work things out. I have received no communication directly from him regarding this complaint. His cost estimate is grossly overpriced, and he apparently has made no effort to listen to or consider my version of issues. The pump warranty issue was a problem of the pump distributor reducing the warranty period, which I was able to force them to comply with the manufacturer's warranty, resulting in a no-cost replacement for Mr. [Member Name Removed] (I even reduced his labor expense as a sign of gratitude to him for finding out this information, which I made clear to him at the time). The pump depth was in accordance with industry standards, with at least 20' of water above the pump, also in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. The pump could not be placed deeper without the intervention of a well driller to clean out the well, which Mr. [Member Name Removed] ultimately did (as I had recommended to him). The pump burning out was due to the extreme seasonal water depth variation due to the nature of the community in which the well resides, combined with an extended drought. These extreme variations were unforeseen at the time of the installation. Up to this [Member Information Removed], I have made every effort to accommodate Mr. [Member Name Removed], and he has apparently rejected my efforts. There are additional issues related to neighbor and contractor referral interference and misrepresentations which has muddied the issue, all of which I thought were rectified, up until this review. I have records to verify my account of these events."
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed]. As you know, if it doesn't work right when I leave, then the job isn't finished. I am glad we were able to identify and resolve all of the issues, especially considering all the damage done by the pool company!"
"Thank you so much for the review. This is the very character of my company - providing good, knowledgeable, prompt and professional service to our customers. I am so glad I was able to help. Mark Shelby"
