Jeff has done work on our trees in the past.  I enjoy working with him because he really likes trees. This time he was trimming and cleaning up two live oaks on our property.  Live oaks have a beautiful shape that can be destroyed by some one who doesn't appreciate the shape of trees. He does

He was originally scheduled to work on the trees earlier in the month; however, the severe weather we had in late July and early August required an adjustment to the schedule.  He sent a crew of about five workers and work they did.  They removed branches  and dead wood such that it enhanced the natural shape of the trees.  They were here for about three hours and the place was thoroughly cleaned before they left. 

I was shocked to see that some one had rated his work poorly enough for the company to have lost their A rating.  That was unfortunate because of all the arborists we have used in the past 16 years he is the best.

Contractor failed to return my calls. Initially, the contractor came to the residence and assessed the work. The contractor  informed me that he would return a quote and a service date. After more than a week, the contractor failed to send an email. I called the contractor and left a detailed voice mail message giving the contractor my contact information. I received no return call nor email.
As a result I lost valuable time as I began another search for a reputable tree specialist.

Jeff did a nice job of trimming an overgrown hedge last year. He charge $800 but said if I did it yearly he would only charge $300 as it would not be overgrown.

Well it is a wear later and I have emailed him and called several times but no response.

I contacted him multiple time telling him I wanted him to do the work, to please call so we could schedule. He never responded.

They do excellent work. They do honest work and the guys bust their buts. They do a great job, just the way you want it done. When they say quality, it's exactly what you get.

Received a prompt quote. The team showed up on time and completed the job for the quoted price. The quality of the work was superior. The team cleaned up the debris and hauled the prunings away. The contractor has the necessary equipment and skilled personnel to accomplish the task. The yard contained many mature live oak trees.

We have used Quality Tree Service of Sarasota before. I went to their web site typed in that we needed to have the two citrus trees cut sown, removed, and the stump ground. Jeff got back to us by e-mail and gave us a price which I felt was reasonable. I



E-mailed him and O.K. and a couple of days later he had a team come in and take care of the job. They have been quick, efficient, professional and reasonable. We have used other tree services in the past but now we would not use any one else.

They arrived on time and got right to work. The limb near the power line and privacy wall was handled first - carefully and efficiently. Clean up around the areas where the work was done was excellent. The trees look very good and a real hazard was removed without incident. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

The job was completed beautifully. Unfortunately, we can't give any of the details because we were away on vacation. The weather in late September precluded any tree work. We went on vacation for October and when we returned the work had been completed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I do not hesitate to recommend it wholeheartedly.

They were on time for the appoinment that morning and then said that they would call me back. I have called them every day for 4 days and have not recieved a call back. I have two home phones, a cell phone, and a pager and not once have they contacted me.

Great job! Done professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Crew completed the job efficiently and did a great job. All yard waste hauled away and our yard cleared of all debris.

I called them and they returned my call quickly with a solid estimate. Another company also gave the same
estimate, another was going to charge twice that!!
They did a good job cutting down the old Avocado Tree, they ground up not only the stump but the roots.
They spread some of the mulch in the yard to level the surface and they took the rest away. They left my
yard in very good shape. They went the extra mile when they recognized a diseased tree and cut it down, too.
I appreciate the workmanship and the willingness to go the extra mile. This is rare.

They gave me an estimate, it was a very good quote. I had a very big old oak tree that hadn't been taken care of in a while. They did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves and they were professional.

Excellent. Enough so that I've used him twice.

The owner came out the within a couple of days and gave me a written estimate to trim a large oak tree and 2 queen palms ($500).

I was waiting for 1 more estimate, but called him the next day (12/30/2011) to schedule the work. He said that it would take about 2 weeks for them to come back to do the work, but that he would call at the end of the next week (Jan 5-6) to schedule a time the following week (Jan 9-13) to do the work.

When I didn't hear from him as planned, I called him the week after he was to call me and left a message. I've called 2 more times since that call and have never heard back from him.

I don't know what happened but I would have appreciated a call back saying something. I need to replace my roof and the tree needs to be trimmed first. The roofers and I have given this company an extra couple of weeks to show up or call and it just hasn't happened. I now need to start the process over and get worked into someone else's schedule.

We needed quite a bit of work done, and got 3 estimates. Quality's, and one other, were about the same, and one was nearly twice as much as Quality's. They came out very quickly to give us an estimate, and, due to their workload, had to schedule our job about two weeks out. Overall, they did a very good job. We did have to point out that they missed quite a few smaller dead branches in two of the oak trees, which they willingly corrected. The entire job took two days to complete. They did an excellent job of removing every bit of debris. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again to trim our trees.

Excellent job. Quick, on time, everything cleaned up afterwards.

I called the owner, he came out the same day spent time evaluating what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and a date for service. The rest is all good.
