Given the age of my central A/C system and possible tariff changes, I interviewed five companies and confidently chose Quality Control Air. Ray Gubelman, the General Manager, was honest, informative, and thorough—answering all my questions and offering flexible financing. On install day, two teams arrived on time. John and Torres installed the new system with precision and removed the old one and debris. The second crew cleaned our neglected ductwork, washed the grills, sanitized the ducts, and left everything spotless using drop cloths. I’ve never been this satisfied with a major installation. Ray also candidly addressed past negative reviews and shared how they’ve improved their customer service policies. Some poor reviews were even misattributed to similarly named companies. I’m leaving this review to set the record straight—Quality Control Air deserves 5 stars. If I could give 10, I would. – Tricia

Quinn was the technician that came over to fix the thermostat. Very quick to show up. He did an excellent job. Canâ t go wrong wrong with Quality Air. Best in the AC business. Tom

Would 100% recommend their services and our AC is working beautifully and we love our new system! — Our AC stopped working unexpectedly during construction. Had several companies come out to give us quotes & we knew from the beginning with Quality Control Air we would be working with them! Extremely professional, super friendly and honest! We love working with family owned business because they understand and look at you like a family instead of a dollar amount ! They came out the next day to change the entire unit ! The job was performed extremely efficiently, neatly and professionally. Thank you QCA for the incredible service !

Hired them to install a thermostat, they charged 150.00 and it did not work, they sent someone out 3 times with 3 different men and none of them could make it work, I hired another contractor who discovered the thermostat was not wired correctly and fixed it in 10 minutes I had to pay him 160.00 service fee. I want a refund for the 150.00 I paid.

Brandyn was an awesome Service Manager and his guys Carson & Kyle did an amazing job cleaning the duct work & vents. They were on-time, clean, polite to me and my wife and very responsive! Great team & great service...hired them for 2 year maintenance/service contract and would highly recommend them to friends & family!

The service professionals were very well-trained, polite, patient and answered all questions that I could understand clearly. They were very tighty and clean, didn't have to clean after them. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, had one problem but it wasn't the A/C's fault it was a frog. The service professionals were willing to come at night and they came the next morning as well. Didn't charge me either. The A/C is installed outside and inside, it's everything I was looking for. Quality Air Control is very excellent service, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs Air Conditioning installed. A very reliable service.

He was told the project was 4 hours and charged 800.00. The project did take 45 min. of work.
