Purity Cleaners

Purity Cleaners is not only the worst Cleaners I have ever encountered, it is also the worst business I have ever encountered and I have been using cleaners for shirt laundry and suit altering all through my 30+ years in corporate America and in many different cities. I took some shirt laundry and pants altering to them at the Lockwood Ridge Road location in Sarasota, Florida in May. Although the shirt laundering was OK (but pricy) it was their alterations that gives me this opinion. I took two pairs of new pants to them plus a sample pair of the correct length with the specific instruction that I wanted the new pairs altered to the same length or out seam which is the length measuring the distance from the bottom of the trouser leg to the top of the pant waist. Simple right ? Not to Purity ! They instead altered the pants to the same inseam which resulted in one altered pair being about 1½? longer that the other! I asked them to re-alter the longer pants so I could wear them but they never did. They and their tailor promised to call me many times but never did. They are definitely not interested in customer satisfaction and correcting their errors and only interested in making a quick buck. My advice is to stay away from them and find reputable cleaners/laundry. Purity is not a business anyone should use for quality work.
