Found another vendor with a better availability

Two crews did work. 1st crew prepped (2 guys), fixed crack, repaired tile, sprayed bonding compound on old surface. 2nd crew (9 guys) sprayed, smoothed on Pebble Tec. 1st crew came back few days later to seal bottom, fill pool. Pool looks fabulous. Never had a pool before but I'm believing work was well worth the money.

EDIT: Just had them back 11/3/2014 because I had been losing excessive water (not due to hot summer). They found/repaired leak in skimmer----no fault of their previous work. Very pleased with results.

It went extremely well. Bob was incredibly patient with us - we are not easy to please :) Bob has a great team and they were all prompt, hard working, responded positively to my requests, and they even cleaned the work site every night. Our pool renovation was a major endeavor for us and we interviewed many other pool companies - we are thrilled that we went with Progressive Pools.

We were referred to them and gave them a call when our in ground pool had a leak. We called and the next available appointment was in two weeks. Andrew came out, and after talking with us and checking everything out he thought he knew where the leak was. We where told to fill the pool up so he could turn the equipment on and he would come back that afternoon to be able to make sure. He came back, found the leak and sealed it. Then he marked where the pool was and also put a rain gauge out and said he would be back the next day to make sure the leak was sealed. He came back this morning to check and everything was fine. Andrew was very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

The tech Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable and found the leak in a short time. He plugged it and the pool has not leaked since.we are so confident in them that we have decided to have the 13 year old pool resurfaced by them. I will let you know how that goes!

Drew is a great tech... has all the expertise and people skills a consumer could hope for. The company has our highest recommendation.

I had Progressive come out and do a pool and pump inspection on a home I was buying. They came out the first day and inspected the pool and measured it to check for water loss. Came back on time the next day and re-measured the pool and then gave me the report on pool and pump. I have an older pool and they explained about (copper) stains on the bottom of the pool and that they were cosmetic. They explained what could be done to remedy that as well as aging effects but not a hard sell in any way--just useful information. They went over the operation of the pump which was really informative. Progressive was highly professional and answered all the questions I had. I would certainly recommend them. I may have the cosmetic remedies done on my pool and will use Progressive when that time arrive

The owner of the company visited the site more times than I can remember and made certain that all costs were provided in detail and consequently there were no surprises. From the start to the finish, the company continuously worked on the project. We installed a new pool surface, coping in travertine, matching tile, and a new travertine deck placed over the old concrete surface. The company also installed two fountains, including a custom stone waterfall. The owner made certain that we were happy at each stage. We knew the owner was for real when he personally took me up to Tampa to see a travertine supplier that had dozens of colors and patterns to choose from. The final results were spectacular, and the shabby old pool area (which we rarely used) is now the focal point of the home. We live on a golf course and many times, golfers in carts stop to admire the final final product. We highly recommend the company.
