We are a third generation family run business that has its roots in Milwaukee, WI. Our grandfather, Leonard Russo, started the family trade during the Great Depression in 1939. They charged much more than I thought it would be.

"Thank you for the review. I looked up your information and noticed we cleared your drains at a very competitive price, we additionally gave you a substantial Angie's List Discount. As for the toilet, you chose a higher end Toto toilet. That price included the installation, a comfort height elongated Toto Drake toilet, new shut off valve, new supply line, wax ring, bolts, caulking & tax. We are actually about $200 less than our competitors on that particular Toto model & we guarantee it for 5 years, parts & labor. That being said, we do have other brands, like Gerber or American Standard, that are less expensive. Thank you for your business."

When my hot water heater stopped working, I checked reviews on Angie’s List for a new plumber and a different brand of heater. The reviews for Pro Plumber Works looked good so on Saturday morning I gave them a call. The owner, Charles Burns returned my call within the hour and quoted me a price on a new heater. It sounded like a good deal so I accepted his offer. He said that he would have to check on his source for availability on Monday, and could come out Monday or Tuesday. His installer, Victor arrived around 4 PM Monday afternoon and had the new heater installed within a couple of hours. Both Chuck and Victor were knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The equipment installed was exactly as described and for exactly the price quoted. My new hot water heater is a Rheem Professional Classic Plus, 50-gallon electric, with an additional Protector Plus anode. I was given a 12-year factory Warranty on the tank and parts. Chuck gave me his own 5-year Warranty on labor. The new hot water heater works perfectly and supplies plenty of hot water.

Professional service. Arrived later than scheduled appointment, but had the courtesy and professionalism to call and let me know they got tied up at prior appointment. Service tech was polite and professional. Additional $95 charge was assessed to replace a ball valve, but it was explained to my satisfaction. The technician scrambled to finish the job on time, and I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work. Would hire again.

"Dear "unknown", I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience and I was just wondering if you even have the right company. We don't have any record of a job that we didn't fix something on recently and I wasn't really able to look it up because you didn't leave your name or telephone number. I'm not even sure if you are an Angie's List member. Both of my techs have 20 years and 15 years of experience in plumbing and I don't think that they would have trouble finding a breaker. In fact, you as the homeowner should know where your breaker box is and I'm happy that they didn't work on anything without turning the power off first because I don't want them to get hurt on your property. That being said, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if we charged you for something that we didn't fix we would be happy to refund your money."

I reviewed the invoice & noted that we reduced our prices to rebuild your toilets by about 30% because we repaired 2, instead of 1. Then we gave you an additional 10% A.L. discount off your entire bill. Our pricing is very competitive & fair. Called the owner Chuck Burns on 1/26 and told him my hot water tank was leaking. He said he would come out during the afternoon of 1/27. He said he would bring a new hot water tank with him since mine was probably shot especially since it was 13 years old. Called me at 2:15 and said he would be there in 45 min, in which he was. Looked at tank and said it needed replaced. He gave me a price the day before of 1275 with an Angies List Discount of $ 200. Said 1075. would be the total price including labor and tax. Replacement tank that he picked up was not available so he gave me a 150. upgraded tank for same price since his distributor gave it to him at same price. Had to do some adtl plumbing as there were two extra lines coming out of the wall that used to be used with the old a/c system. Did the extra plumbing at no extra charge. He was very neat, cleaned up and hauled everything away. New heater had a 8 year instead of a 6 year warranty. Chuck gave me a 10 year warranty on heater and parts with a full replacement up to 5 years. Very pleasant to talk to and deal with. Would definitely hire him again.

I had a great response from the company to schedule and several follow up calls to let me know when they would arrive etc. The guy that was sent worked quickly, efficiently, clean. I had a lot of stuff under the sink and he moved it all aside and put it back neatly.
I wrote a check for the extra work that was not included in the contract. It was under $20. I know it was a simple job I could have done myself but I wanted it done right and it took the plumber 5 minutes to do something that would have taken me all afternoon. :)
