Heather was amazing. She sure knows her stuff. My stone floors are very, very old. They were so bad because whoever lived here before used something that removed the coating and the dirt was so ground in i couldn't get them even remotely cleaned. Heather did such a fabulous job. She was thorough, quick, communicated with me before and during and turned my ugly floors into great floors again and her prices are amazing! I would highly recommend her for any type of carpet and/or floor cleaning. Very pleasant, honest fair and so easy to work with. I can't say enough great things about her other than CALL HER!

Heather arrived on time. Cleaned rugs in 3 bedrooms and family room. Rugs came out cleaner than new! The one to hire!

Heather confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up at the appointed time to perform the cleaning. She explained everything (cost, the cleaning process, the drying time etc.)  and then went to work. Heather worked very hard and got our carpets and upholstery looking great. The drying time was quick. Heather is very personable and pleasant as well as professional. Her prices are very reasonable. I was very happy with the "carpet cleaning with a woman's touch"... I will use Heather again to clean my carpets and upholstery.

Heather cleaned my carpet 2 days before Thanksgiving. She requested that I vacuum first, which I did. She used non-toxic products and pretreated some stained areas first. She was prompt, arriving at 9 am as arranged. She took about 2 hours, a reasonable amount of time and showed me a few areas where she was unable to get the stains out of, which I appreciated her honesty. She charged me $5.00 less than originally quoted, and I thought that I got a good deal at a reasonable price. Heather uses her own equipment and cleaners, only needed to use my outside water hookup. I would use her services again and recommend her to others.
