PRIMA CONTRUCTION OF SARASOTA

Paul marchese and prima construction completed top notch quality work. Mr. Marchese got everything done smoothly and quickly. Not only is Mr. Marchese a class act, but he is trustworthy and his work is impeccable.

The majority of the items were completed to our satisfaction. However, Paul Marchese the owner did not finish the contracted job. He did not provide us with the bar as promised. I tried to contact him on numerous occasions using text message, email and telephone calls. Paul would not return my messages. After about 2 months Paul sent us a bill subtracting $1000.00 for the incomplete bar, however the original estimate of the bar on the contract was well over $2,000. Paul then proceeded to place a lien on our home. Still no communication from the owner or company in order to settle this amicably. We are proceeding with a new cabinet worker, glass company, granite company and electrician to complete the bar area. This will cost us closer to $4,000 to complete on our own.

They're wonderful with it and the estimation was very efficient. It was all constructional. The owner is Paul Mark and he's knowledgeable and a man of integrity. He checked out the job all throughout. He's a very busy man but he's a wonderful man.

My house had a major leek in the roof and flooded most of my house. They installed new floors, Kitchen, master bathroom, ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, paint ... a rebuild of most my house. They were always at the site early and stayed late. A great company !
