After having locked myself out of the house and paying a locksmith $200, I knew I needed a better alternative. I had purchased a Big Deal some time ago for a keyless garage door opener, so I called Precision Door, and they sent someone out the very same day. The technician arrived within the scheduled time and promptly and efficiently installed the opener. It works perfectly, and I would definitely use Precision again for any garage door needs.

Called Estero based company in listing. I got a guy out of P**** Gorde. He said springs were snaked which meant they were not going to last. I said they would unsnake when springs were adjusted and that house was only 6 years old. He charged $200 per spring (2) and $100 for a bearing plus labor and $100 for aluminum bracket. I found similar bracket for $4 for 2 on Amazon. Bill was $710 .
Make your own judgement. Have your guard up when dealing with this guy Joshua. Friendly demeanor. Has all the answers from training on how to steer you into what you may or may not need.

If your a landlord and sending them out to a tenants residence, you may be left in the dark as to what they did. I had to personally go to the tenants house to see that they did as advertised. I don't live in the same state, as my rental property.  I asked them to call me directly if they found any other problems that needed to be corrected, but I did not receive any phone calls. They need to work on their communication. Other than that, they did the work and the garage door seems to work a lot smoother now, so I'm satisfied with the work. Will use again, but I will be more direct with them about contacting me to keep me informed about the condition of the garage door.

The two young men were extremely clean cut and professional. It was a small job. They did recommend a few other improvements to the door, which I declined but will definitely have done another time. They explained everything very well and answered all my questions.

I asked for replacement "clickers" and bought two clickers.  I did not check prices with other companies until the work was completed. They draw you in with the $125 offer, but it takes about $400 to bring a 15 yr old garage door up to standards. The clickers with other companies, when I checked, after I paid for the work, were each $20 less expensive. The clickers are nothing special that I bought from this company. Over-priced. I complained to the company about being overcharged and they did not want to hear about it. They knew I needed new ones so hit me with a high price.  Gimmick to get themselves in your home to do the work and then overcharge for parts to bring everything up to speed. Lesson: check around for all parts prices before you hire.

Sales cycle was far above the other 3 proposals.  Special order door arrive and installed timely.  Sent a single installer and took 4+ hours.  Two guys cold have installed in much less than 1/2 the time.  Poor clean up after with many sharp objects such as screws left on the garage floor.  Works as advertised and I would use again.
